As you step inside, the balance of bold contrast and serene restraint sets the tone for the rest of the home.

The entryway is grounded in black sculptural accents, softened by natural textures and the play of desert light. Just beyond, the sitting room unfolds in layered neutrals and tailored lines — a study in calm, livable elegance. Every detail here was designed to feel intentional, collected, and timelessly modern.

Kitchen & Dining: Where Modern Design Meets Tradition

The dining room is both sculptural and welcoming, centered by a dark, textured table that anchors the space. Tailored chairs and a bold chandelier bring modern sophistication, while open shelving along the wall adds depth and function — styled with ceramics, glass, and organic materials that tell a story of modern desert living.

Just beyond, the kitchen brightens into contrast. A skylight above the island floods the space with sunlight, revealing crisp white cabinetry, wide-plank oak floors, and subtle veining in the countertops and backsplash.

Matte black fixtures and hardware bring a refined edge, while the eat-in breakfast table and counter seating keep the flow effortless — blending beauty with everyday living in perfect balance.
