The square footage of this home didn’t change during its main floor renovations, but it magically felt like it gained living space after making both the breakfast nook and the dining room more functional. What was once a dance floor for the littles became a cozy kitchen nook perfect for homework and Zoom calls for the not-so-littles-anymore. The dining room was lightened and brightened and given a killer focal wall that gets noticed as soon as guests step in their home.
